Our spacious 120-square-meter indoor Events Hall is designed to host intimate private parties, art fairs, pop-ups, and flea markets.

Outdoor Space
We offer approximately 100 square meters of outdoor space, perfect for open-air pop-up markets and garden parties. This area is an ideal setting for startups and local MSMEs looking to introduce their businesses to the community.

Commercial Spaces
Soon, two commercial spaces will become available for rent, each around 50 square meters. These spaces are perfect for cozy cafés, unique food concepts, nail salons, spas, and similar businesses. They are still under construction, but inquiries are welcome.
