We are pleased to present our introductory rates for the Hall @ Three Yards, which are valid for bookings from June to December 2025. Please note that these rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Events Hall + Air Conditioning – Full Day
Price: ₱30,000
Exclusive use of our events hall and outdoor yard for an 8-hour period. This rental includes air conditioning inside the hall to ensure a comfortable environment for your guests.
Events Hall + No Air Conditioning – Full Day
Price: ₱20,000
Exclusive use of our events hall and outdoor yard for an 8-hour period. Use of the hall will be without air conditioning.
Events Hall + Air Conditioning – 1 Hour
Price: ₱4,000
Exclusive use of our events hall and outdoor yard for up to four hours. This rental includes air conditioning inside the hall to ensure a comfortable environment for your guests.
Events Hall + No Air Conditioning – 1 Hour
Price: ₱3,000
Exclusive use of our events hall and outdoor yard for up to four hours. Use of the hall will be without air conditioning.
Outdoor Yard Only – Full Day
Price: ₱8,000
Exclusive use of our outdoor yard for an 8-hour period.
Outdoor Yard Only – 1 Hour
Price: ₱1,200
Exclusive use of our outdoor yard for up to four hours.
