Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, threeyards.net, and the services provided by Three Yards and &Matcha Cafe. By using our site and booking our event space, Hall @ Three Yards, and &Matcha Cafe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services on threeyards.net, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Service Description

Three Yards provides an events space available for online booking. We also handle bookings for &Matcha Cafe, which operates in conjunction with our services.

Online Booking

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By making a booking, you represent that you meet this requirement.
  • Booking Process: To book our events space, you must fill out the online booking form. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email, but further communication with our team is required to finalize your booking.
  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified on our website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Hall @ Three Yards

  • Cancellation: Cancellations for bookings made for our events space, Hall @ Three Yards, must be submitted in writing to book@threeyards.net.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the following terms and schedule:
    • Reservation Fee: The reservation fee is non-refundable.
    • 50% Deposit: This deposit, due one month before the event, is also non-refundable.
    • Security Deposit: The security deposit is refundable if the event does not proceed and will be refunded after the event if there are no damages or extra fees incurred.
    • Balance 50%: This amount, minus the reservation fee, is refundable if the event does not proceed; it must be requested 5 business days before the event.

&Matcha Cafe

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for the conduct of all your guests during the event and any damages incurred to the property.

Liability Disclaimer

Three Yards is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by you or your guests during your time at our events space. You agree to indemnify and hold Three Yards harmless from any claims arising from your bookings.

Changes to our Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
